These terms outline the use of the Music book® platform, user eligibility, advertising rules, pricing, refunds, ownership, community standards, and account actions.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 13 years or older to use the platform.
Users under the age of 18 must use the platform under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User types

- Music professionals (DJs, studios, editors, instructors)
- Music businesses
- Listeners and music enthusiasts
Users may promote themselves or their services through the Offers & Rewards advertising module.
4. Vodcast module
The Vodcast module features music-related video podcasts and interviews curated and uploaded exclusively by the Music book® team.
- Only content produced or approved by Music book® will be published in this section.
- External user uploads are not permitted in this module.
- Vodcast content may include interviews, performances, discussions, and music industry insights.
- Music book® retains the right to edit, remove, or modify vodcast content.
5. Offers & Rewards – Advertising platform
The Offers & Rewards module allows artists and music businesses to promote their services.
Users may advertise
- Live music services
- Singing gigs
- Music classes
- DJ services
- Music studios
- Instrument rentals
- Audio/video editing services
- Music professionals available for hire
Advertisers may upload
- Photos
- Videos / reels
- Service descriptions
- Business contact information
- Promotional offers
- Artist promotions
Music book® does not guarantee leads or business outcomes from advertisements.
Music book® is not responsible for disputes between advertisers and customers.

8. Content ownership & copyright
Artists retain full ownership of their original music and creative works.
Music book® does not claim ownership of any artist’s music or intellectual property.

- Music distribution
Such services may be provided separately and may involve additional charges.
By uploading content to the platform, users grant Music book® a non-exclusive license to display and promote the content on the platform.
9–12. Community, liability, suspension, and changes
Community guidelines

- Harassment or bullying
- Political propaganda
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent services
Limitation of liability
- Loss of business opportunities
- Disputes between users
- User-generated content
- Technical interruptions or downtime
The platform is provided “as-is” without guarantees of performance or results.
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, fraud, misrepresentation of services, or abuse of the platform.
Music book® reserves the right to update these terms at any time and users may be notified of major changes via the platform.
